Wife Practicing Advocate is entitled to get Maintenance or not

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant/husband would submit that the non- applicant/wife is practicing Advocate and is able to maintain herself and therefore, she is not entitled for maintenance. The fact remains that nonapplicant/ wife is junior Advocate and enrolled as an Advocate, only in the year 2004 and she is unable to maintain herself as such it cannot be held that she is not entitled for maintenance.
